How to Wear:

• Position the heel locking area of support on the heel.
• Fasten the lower strap over the instep of the foot, then fasten upper strap above the ankle.
• Bring the medial elastic strap diagonally across the top of foot, and secure it to the side of the ankle support.
• Repeat step 3 for the lateral elastic strap.
